The Mijn SAG app serves as a regional adaptation of the Uw Zorg online app specifically designed for users in Amsterdam. This application offers 24/7 accessibility to your medication overview, enables the ordering of previously prescribed medications, facilitates appointment scheduling, and allows for initiating eConsults with your general practitioner. A comprehensive list of participating practices is conveniently available within the app. User feedback is actively encouraged to enhance the app’s functionality; experiences can be shared through the feedback button or via email at [email protected].

**Getting Started with the App**

1. Download the app from your preferred app store.
2. Open the app, follow the onboarding instructions, and select your medical practice.
3. Click on the 'link device' button.
4. If you already have an account at your GP's patient portal, log in using the same credentials by clicking 'Log In' and proceed directly to step 5. If you do not have an account, request one by clicking 'Register' and filling out the necessary information. After verification of your application by our practice—this may take some time—your account will be created, and you will receive an email notification regarding access to services.
5. Upon logging in, you will receive a one-time verification code via email or SMS. Enter this code into the app.
6. Create a five-digit PIN within the app for secure access.
7. Your app is now ready to use.

• Pose medical questions directly to your doctor via eConsult and await notification upon receiving a response. Please note: eConsult is not intended for urgent issues or life-threatening situations. If you are uncertain about the severity of your condition, contact your doctor by phone.
• View available slots in your doctor's schedule and book an appointment at your convenience, specifying the reason for your visit.
• Access your doctor's address, contact information, and opening hours within the app, along with a link to their website.

**Privacy Considerations**

The app utilizes a secure connection to retrieve your medication data from the practice's system and facilitates communication with your doctor. Prior to usage, your identity will be verified by the practice, and you will receive a verification code to activate the app. Additionally, securing access through a personal five-digit PIN is required.
